Tip: Ctrl + Enter (⌘ + Enter on Mac) runs it, from the list or from the page.

How it works

  1. Press Spin to get a subject, then set a timer and draw.
  2. Pick a preset: Easy for young kids, Animals and Fantasy for imagination, Objects for observation drawing.
  3. Add your own ideas, one per line, to build a prompt list for your class or sketchbook.

What people use it for

  • Art class warm-up

Spin once, give everyone five minutes, then compare how differently each student drew the same prompt.

  • Daily sketch habit

One spin a day keeps a sketchbook going without spending time deciding what to draw.

  • Drawing game

Players take turns spinning and drawing while the others guess the prompt.

Questions

Can I share a prompt with my class?
Yes. After a spin, “Share result” gives a link to the prompt, and “Share wheel” shares the whole list.
Can I avoid repeating prompts?
Turn on “Remove winner after each spin”: each prompt is set aside until you restore the wheel.
