Freezer Label Printer

Fill in what is in the container, pick how many labels fit on a page, and print a sheet — today's date is already filled in.

1 page · A4 portrait. Only the sheet is printed. Choose “Actual size” (100%) in the print dialog.

How it works

  1. Choose a sheet layout, from 6 large labels to 30 small ones per page.
  2. Repeat one label (name, date, portions) or switch to a list with one label per line.
  3. Show or hide the date and portions, and check the preview.
  4. Print on plain paper and cut along the lines, or on label sheets with the same layout.

What people use it for

  • Meal prep and leftovers

Label soups, sauces and batch-cooked meals with the cook date and number of portions.

  • Pantry and spice jars

Date every opened jar, jam or bag so you know what to use first.

  • Stock lists

Print one label per item for a freezer drawer, a classroom store cupboard or a camping crate.

Questions

How do I write the list?
Put one label on each line. Write the name alone, or add portions and date after a vertical bar, like “Chili | 4 portions | 2026-10-11”. Empty parts use the default date and portions.
Will it match my label sheets?
The layouts split the page into equal labels with small margins, so they suit plain paper you cut up. Sheet brands differ slightly, so test one print on plain paper first.
Where does today's date come from?
From your device's clock, in your own time zone. You can change it to any date. Nothing is sent or stored.
