Tip: Ctrl + Enter (⌘ + Enter on Mac) runs it, from the list or from the page.

How it works

  1. Press Spin and do the break together for one or two minutes.
  2. Choose Calm before a test or after recess, Active after a long sit-down lesson.
  3. Add your class favorites or remove anything that does not fit your room, one break per line.

What people use it for

  • Between lessons

A quick reset between subjects helps students refocus before the next activity.

  • Before a test

Spin the Calm preset for a breathing or stretching break that lowers the stress level.

  • Indoor recess

On rainy days, chain a few active breaks so energy has somewhere to go.

Questions

Will the same break come up every day?
Not if you leave “Remove winner after each spin” on: each break is set aside until all have been used or you restore the wheel.
Do the breaks need equipment?
No. Every break on the wheel can be done standing next to a desk or seated, with no materials.
