Feelings Wheel

Spin for a random feeling — to start a check-in, to act it out, or to talk about when you last felt it.

Tip: Ctrl + Enter (⌘ + Enter on Mac) runs it, from the list or from the page.

How it works

  1. Keep all 20 feelings or choose the Good feelings or Hard feelings preset.
  2. Spin and read the feeling that lands.
  3. Say when you felt it last, or act it out for others to guess.

What people use it for

  • Morning check-in

Each child spins and shares a time they felt that way.

  • Acting game

Show the feeling without words; the group guesses.

  • Family dinner

Spin once and each person tells a story about that feeling.
