Tip: Ctrl + Enter (⌘ + Enter on Mac) runs it, from the list or from the page.

How it works

  1. Pick the Pre-primer or Primer list, or paste the words your class is working on.
  2. Spin and have the child read the word out loud. Turn on “Remove winner” to work through the whole list.
  3. Press Restore to put every word back for the next practice.

What people use it for

  • Reading center

Kids take turns spinning and reading — the wheel turns flashcards into a game.

  • Homework practice

Parents spin five words a night and note which ones need more work.

  • Sentence game

Spin a word, then make up a sentence that uses it.
