Storyboard Template Printer

Pick a frame shape, panels per page and note lines, then print blank storyboard sheets for video, comics or animation.

1 page · A4 landscape. Only the sheet is printed. Choose “Actual size” (100%) in the print dialog.

How it works

  1. Choose the frame ratio that matches your final video or page: 16:9, 9:16, 1:1 or 4:3.
  2. Set the panels per page, the note lines under each frame, paper size and orientation.
  3. Check the preview — it shows the real layout, scaled down. Add a project title if you like.
  4. Press Print to get as many pages as you chose.

What people use it for

  • Video and film

Sketch shots for a short film, a YouTube video or a school project before filming.

  • Vertical video

Use 9:16 frames to plan Reels, Shorts and TikTok clips shot on a phone.

  • Comics and animation

Thumbnail a comic page, an animatic or a presentation with square or 4:3 frames.

Questions

Are the frames the exact ratio I picked?
Yes. Frame width and height follow the ratio exactly, and the layout picks the number of columns and rows that makes the frames as large as possible on the page.
Should I print at 100%?
Yes. Choose “Actual size” or 100% in the print dialog and turn off “Fit to page” so margins and frame sizes stay as in the preview.
Can I print more than one page?
Yes, set the number of pages up to 10. Each page has the same layout and its own page number.
