Tip: Ctrl + Enter (⌘ + Enter on Mac) runs it, from the list or from the page.

How it works

  1. Keep all 20 poses or choose the Gentle or Standing preset.
  2. Spin and read the pose that lands; “Remove winner after each spin” builds a different sequence each time.
  3. Hold the pose for a few calm breaths, only as far as it feels comfortable.

What people use it for

  • Five-minute practice

Spin five times with winners removed and hold each pose for a few breaths.

  • Desk break

Choose the Gentle preset for a quick stretch between tasks.

  • Class warm-up

A teacher spins and the whole group follows the pose.
